Project Context<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Client<\/strong> selected 8.2 Advisory <\/strong>as a technical due diligence advisor as part of an acquisition process<\/strong>. 8.2 Advisory provided support with the objective of obtaining an independent and critical assessment of the project. The purpose of the report was to identify the main issues that could negatively impact the bankability of the projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.2 Advisory provided Sor\u00e9gies with a detailed service offering including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • An operational review <\/strong>of all SCADA operational data (site COD since 2016)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • An review of the operational contracts <\/strong>(O&M and TCMA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • A inspection of the wind farm <\/strong>(2 WTGs, BoP, and delivery substations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
