Detailed technical review of a 13 MW WTG operational project in France
Project Context
The client selected us a technical due diligence advisor as part of a refinancing process.8.2 Advisory provided support with the objective of obtaining an independent and critical assessment of the project. The purpose of the report was to assess the continued performance of the project, particularly against budget predictions.
Scope of Work
8.2 Advisory provided the Client with a detailed TDD including:
- A review of operational contracts (O&M & TCMA)
- A review of theyield assessment of the project .
- A performance analysis review of the existing site performance, notably against initial benchmarks
- An recalculation of the energy yield based on operational data, as an updated benchmark to be used in budget forecasting
- A technical review of the financial model
- A review of environmental constraints and regulatory requirements (ICPE)
