Detailed technical review of an 18 MW WTG project in operation in France
Project Context
Our Client selected 8.2 Advisory as a technical due diligence advisor as part of an acquisition process. 8.2 Advisory provided support with the objective of obtaining an independent and critical assessment of the project. The purpose of the report was to identify the main issues that could negatively impact the bankability of the projects.
Scope of Work
8.2 Advisory provided Sorégies with a detailed service offering including:
- Technical Due Diligence:
- An operational review of all SCADA operational data (site COD since 2016)
- An review of the operational contracts (O&M and TCMA)
- A review of the technical assumptions of the project business plan .
- Inspections :
- A inspection of the wind farm (2 WTGs, BoP, and delivery substations)
- Energy yield reassessment:
- A reassessment of the energy yield based on SCADA data
