Detailed technical review of 121 MW WTG projects under development in France
Project Context
The Client selected 8.2 Advisory as a technical due diligence advisor as part of an acquisition process. 8.2 Advisory provided support with the objective of obtaining an independent and critical assessment of the project. The purpose of the report was to identify, at an early stage, the main issues that could negatively impact the bankability of the projects.
Scope of Work
8.2 Advisory provided Sorégies with a detailed service offering including:
- Technical Due Diligence:
- In-Detailed review of the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) carried out as part of this transaction
- depth analysis of the key issues identified during the VDD review, in connection with the data room documentation
- Review of the technical inputs of the financial model
- Inspections :
- Inspection of two wind farms (1 WTG per project, BoP and delivery substations)
- Energy yield reassessment:
- Reassessment of the energy yield for two of the wind farms
