Our Client selected 8.2 Advisory as technical due diligence advisor during their development process.8.2 Advisory performed a comprehensive bankable yield assessment to review the technical viability of the 15 MW wind farm in France.
Scope of Work
8.2 Advisory provided VSB with a detailed yield assessment including:
- Long-term wind resource assessment (wind speed and direction analysis)
- Site and terrain modelling, including wake and topographical effects
- Inclusion of external wake effect from neighbouring wind farms
- Energy yield modelling assumptions and loss breakdown (availability, electrical, environmental, wake losses, etc.)
- Incorporation of acoustic and bat curtailment losses
- Uncertainty analysis
- Breakdown of production and losses per turbine
- 10 and 20-year P50, P75 and P90 net energy yield assessments
